Since 1989 Andrew Purnell & Co. has continued to go from strength to strength as one of Wimbledon’s leading Independent Estate Agents. Part of this success is due to our central location, prime Website and extensive internet exposure, as well as our continued and dedicated individual service.

I feel our most valuable assets at Andrew Purnell are our staff, we work as a team by offering a “hands on approach” in order to achieve the best customer service. Every member of Andrew Purnell strives towards the goal of achieving satisfied clients, whether they are buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants! Our success is driven by our excellent customer service and as a result many of our clients have recommended us to their friends and family.

In order to ensure a high level of service at all times our commitment is shown by being members of the National Association of Estate Agents and the . Guild of Professional Estate Agents

We have also joined the ombudsman for Estate agents (OEA) Scheme, a free dispute-settling service from November 2004. As one of the agents in Wimbledon who have chosen to join the new Ombudsman Scheme, we offer everyone buying or selling a house through us the highest standards of professional service deriving from a code of good practice, with the added advantage of an independent redress system in the background. This is all part of our determination to make our service to clients even better. The code of practice requires higher standards from estate agents than legislation alone demands.

     

On a personal level, I grew up in this area, attending local schools and have seen the many changes over the years. Between myself and our employees we can provide a wealth of knowledge and experience of the area and our industry.
